InJoy~OutJoy, is an outgrowth of InJoy Enterprises that is managed by Melissa Moorer-Nobles and provides life coaching and feng shui services. The intention of InJoy~OutJoy is to support you in organizing your life/home/work by creating harmony/balance/joy in your inner and outer spaces by releasing all forms of clutter from your life. InJoy~OutJoy provides services in Life Coaching, Feng Shui, Feng Shui Real Estate, Chinese Astrology, Space Clearing & Organization Systems.
InJoy Enterprises created and currently produces “Rhythm-N-Soul Radio” which airs Tuesday nights from 10PM - 12midnight on Harlem Community Radio WHCR 90.3FM and streams on the web at www.whcr.org. Rhythm-N-Soul Radio is an “urban eclectic” radio program featuring music from independent and commercial artists ranging from R&B, Hip-Hop, Soul, Spoken word, Classics, Rock, Reggae, Soca and more. The show has been on the air for over 20 years and is the foundation for the creation of the 24 hour Urban Eclectic Internet Radio Station www.RhythmAndSoulRadio.com which was launched in March 2008 and currently averages approximately 15,000 listeners per month.
RhythmAndSoulRadio.com and InJoy Enterprises has been a staple of the independent music scene in New York giving platforms to and featuring independent artists. Some of the events that InJoy Enterprises has produced include The Afterwork Mingle, a weekly afterwork event featuring the DJ’s of RhythmAndSoulRadio.com and CD listening parties for a wide array of independent artists. InJoy Enterprises also produced the monthly Rendezvous mix & mingle/live music event in Harlem from 2005 – 2016. The Rendezvous has featured top independent artists such as Marlon Saunders, Alison Crockett, Dexter Myers, (Grammy nominated artist mentioned as a favorite artist of First Lady Michelle Obama & President Obama) Anthony David, British Soul Icon Omar, Davina, Big Brooklyn Red, Rhonda Thomas, Chinah Blac, Brown Baby Girl, Abby Dobson, Wes Felton, The KiKi Experience, Mike Hammond, Myoshi, Grammy Award nominees Wayna, Maiysha & Yahzarah aka Purple St. James, Grammy Award Winner Maya Azucena & Kimberly Nichole (featured on Season 8 of the NBC hit TV Series “The Voice”) among many many others.
InJoy Enterprises is the creator and co-producer of the “Revisiting…” Concert Series that includes “Revisiting MisEducation: A Musical Salute to Lauryn Hill” starring some of the most talented independent artists in the music business including 2009 Grammy Nominated artist Maiysha as well as “Revisiting Marvin: From What’s Going On To Let’s Get It On ”, saluting Marvin Gaye by doing his two highest selling albums, “What’s Goin’ On” and “Let’s Get It On” from beginning to end again featuring top independent artists such as Chris Rob, Res and many others.
InJoy Enterprises co-produced the Cancer Benefit performance “Voices of Incognito Unite For The Cure” at Littllefield Performance Space in Brooklyn, NY starring Kelli Sae, Karen Bernod and Maysa, all former lead singers of world renowned nu jazz group Incognito. The show also featured performances from Corey Glover (lead singer of Grammy Award Winning Rock Band Living Colour) and renowned spoken word artist Ursula Rucker. InJoy Enterprises has curated four acclaimed Sold Out shows at The Apollo Music Café taking place at The World Famous Apollo Theater. “An Evening of Suite Soul” starring Carmen Rodgers with Special Guest Kenny Wesley on Dec. 3, 2011, “From Urban Soul to Nu Blues” featuring Steve Wallace & Muddy Wallace Jr. on January 14, 2012, “An Evening of Love Rhythm & Soul” on February 13, 2015 starring Rhonda Thomas with Marcell Russell and “The Music Man & The Violin Diva”, Drue Davis & Charisa “The Violin Diva”. In conjunction with Imagenation and Central Park Summerstage, InJoy co-produced “Hotter Than July: A Soul Train Tribute To Stevie Wonder” at Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, NY in August 2013, “Whistle: A Tribute To Frankie Knuckles” at Von King Park in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn in June 2014, “Make It Funky: A Soul Train Tribute To James Brown” in August 2015 and “It’s Gonna Be A Beautiful Night: A Soul Train Tribute to Prince” in August 2016. All of the Soul Train Tribute performances and the tribute to Frankie Knuckles featured independent artists performing music in tribute to those being saluted and all shows were performed to overflow audiences.
